Please note all credit card reservations will be charged 5.5% tax and applicable fees. All amounts are per person.
Please read over the policy below for terms.
*A minimum group of 8 is required to book at the retreat and if you want the entire house to your group only, a minimum of 12 is required. If you sign an agreement with us and want to book the entire house, but do not have 12 people, you will be required to pay for 12 people.
*A deposit of $25.00 per person for a minimum of $200.00 is required 6 months of the date of your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the reservation.
*If a cancellation becomes apparent and is made before 45 days of the reservation, the deposit can be applied to another reservation date within 3 months of that date.
*If a cancellation is made less than 45 days of the reservation, the deposit is nonrefundable.
*Any cancellation within 30 days, the deposit becomes nonrefundable and the balance can be applied to a future date within 3 months of the reservation date. You may find a person to replace your spot and work out the financials between you and the other person.
*If you cancel within 2 weeks, all monies are nonrefundable.
